Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges Policy
You may exchange or return any product purchased from our website within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the product is returned unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, submit a request in our returns portal.
If you added Free Returns at checkout, your return label is covered at no additional cost. If Free Returns was not selected at checkout, a return label can be provided at a cost of $10, which will be deducted from your refund.
Free Returns coverage cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please submit a return through our returns portal so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to submit your return through our returns portal. When you select an exchange item, we will instantly send your new item so you can get it as soon as possible! You will have 10 days to return your original item with the return label that will be sent to you. Failure to send your item within that time frame will result in being charged for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
